How Did it Start

The origins of Shree Ghoghari Visha Shrimali Jain Gyati can be traced back to the ancient town of Shrimali in Rajasthan, India. Over centuries, our ancestors migrated to various regions, including Gujarat, in search of better opportunities and a peaceful life. The community found a strong foothold in the village of Ghogha, from which our name "Ghoghari" is derived.

As the community grew, so did its commitment to Jain values and traditions. The formal organization of Shree Ghoghari Visha Shrimali Jain Gyati was born out of a shared desire to preserve our heritage, support each other, and pass on our values to the next generation. Today, we continue to honor the vision of our founders by nurturing a community that is spiritually enriched, socially responsible, and deeply connected to its roots.
